The genetic location (in cM) of the fragment are noted. The extent to which each fragment was electronically extended (see text for procedure) beyond the genetic mapping distance is noted as the distance beyond the genetic boundaries of the syntenic common bean fragment. The gray bar represents the heterochromatic region, and the black dot is the location of the centromere.
