KRAB-A, KRAB-B and non-KRAB domain encoding sequences are shaded in dark blue, light blue and black, respectively. Numbers above exons/introns indicate their size (bp). Genes are drawn to scale with smaller exons additionally magnified for more detail. Introns interrupted by two perpendicular bars are not fully drawn out. Names of genes and proteins are given on the left of each model.
