Comparison of gene expression ratios for qRT-PCR and microarray data. Nine genes (see Table 1) were selected for comparison. Relative expression values, normalized to Ubiquitin, for ten biological states were compared to those for unfed females (F24u) by qRT-PCR. The ratios of log2-transformed qRT-PCR data (y-axis) are plotted against the same ratios obtained from the microarray (x-axis). Linear regression showed a correlation coefficient of 0.825.
