  1. The array and quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) datasets showed a high degree of concordance revealed by a Pearson correlation (r) of 0.88. Fold changes for transcripts and proteins are given at each time point. Differentially affected genes and their cognate proteins generally exhibited the same direction and level of regulation.
