Gene expression of profile No.9 and No. 16 in the context of significant ConA-induced liver injury. The profile No.9 (A) contained 209 genes and they decreased in expression consistent with prolonged liver damage after injecting ConA. The profile No.16 (B) had 118 genes and they increased in expression consistent with prolonged liver damage after the injection. These processes may indicate that the assigned genes closely correlate with the results of regulatory gene expression, including activation and inhibition in the context of liver damage caused by ConA challenge.
