When a given clone overlaps with more than one annotation, stage-specific regulation is only demonstrated if the qRT-PCR result is positive (+). The asterisk indicates that the clone contains more gene sequences that have not been checked by qRT-PCR. Genes in bold are also down-regulated under TS.
