The features described are: clone number; fold change (F); base-two logarithmic scale F and standard deviation (SD) values; p-value (p); GenBank GSS accession numbers; e-values of forward (Fw) and reverse (Rv) end mappings against BLAST; clone definition (Def.) according to mapping outcomes a, b or c (see brief explanation in the text); GeneDB identifiers (Id.), the corresponding annotated gene functions; qRT-PCR results. When a given clone overlaps with more than one annotation, stage-specific regulation is only demonstrated if the qRT-PCR result is positive (+). Genes in bold are also up-regulated under TPS.
