  1. A. Genes with male biased expression [32] and B. Acp (male reproductive accessory gland) genes [33]. In A * indicates the significant deviation (two-sided Chi-square test, P-value ≤ 0.01) of the observed number of genes from the expected number of genes in each gene constellation. In B indicates the significant over-/under- representation of genes (two-sided two sample proportional test, P-value ≤ 0.05) with respect to the numbers of genes found in the genome.
