  1. In silico analysis shows the number of bases and percentage of genome which can be uniquely mapped by sequence reads (equivalent to theoretical maximum). Experimental analysis shows the percentage of genome actually mapped by such reads, at different read-coverages (> = 5, > = 10) in AS-sens or AS-30CQ. AS-sens and AS-30CQ were analysed with 36 - and 41 base reads, respectively.
