Each genome is represented by a horizontal line, with the RGPs sensu lato represented as green boxes. Purple lines indicate the conservation of modules between two adjacent chromosomes(the representation is dependent on chromosome order on the figure, i.e. a module conserved between X. bovienii and P. luminescens will not be drawn).
