The GH13 family of α-amylases, pullulanases, isoamylases, and branching enzymes. The tree includes GH13 proteins from Arabidopsis (AT), rice (Os), Brachypodium (Bradi), sorghum (Sb), and poplar (Poptr). Tree construction and color-coding (blue for eudicots and red for grasses) are as in Figure 2. The three major clades are marked with dotted, gray lines and labeled with enzymatic activities.
