HR was overexpressed without prominent morphological changes in the skin of Hr^Hp/Hr^Hp and +/+ mice. (A-F) Cross-sections of the skin of hairpoor mice (Hr^Hp) during early stages (E18.5, P0, and P3). At E18.5 (A, B) and P0 (C, D), noticeable differences were not found between +/+ and Hr^Hp/Hr^Hp skins. At P3 (E, F), There were shorter HFs detected in the Hr^Hp/Hr^Hp skin.
