(C) Epigenetic modifications of the prostaglandin F receptor (PTGFR) gene in EPT1 cells. The green box shows a bivalent H3K4me3/DNAMe site. (D) Epigenetic modifications of the PAX9 gene in EPT2 cells. The green box shows DNAMe only modified region, the red box shows an H3K27me3 only modified region and blue boxes show H3K4me3 only modified regions.
