  1. 1 Gene counts for B. floridanus include four protein-coding genes not identified in the original annotation that were detected by comparisons with B. vafer and B. pennsylvanicus.
  2. 2 Re-analysis of the B. pennsylvanicus genome revealed that the Gly-GGA tRNA pseudogene reported earlier is likely functional.
  3. 3 We identified a RNA-coding gene in B. floridanus and B. pennsylvanicus that was not previously annotated.
