From: Decoding pooled RNAi screens by means of barcode tiling arrays
Results from pooled screens compared to viability data from selected shRNA expression constructs. Shown is the correlation between (tend/tzero) signal intensity ratios from pooled screens and cell viability assays. While the (tend/tzero) ratios represent inhibition of proliferation over a period of four weeks, the viability values only cover eight days. Thus this plot displays differences in the immediacy by which the knock-down of different genes leads to inhibition of proliferation. Constructs are the same as in Figure 5A.
