Expression patterns of P. infestans ePKs. Data from microarray and qRT-PCR experiments were pooled, per-gene normalized, and subjected to hierarchical and K-means clustering. Six main clusters (A-F) were identified based on mRNA levels in hyphae, sporangia, and zoospores.
