Summary of Gene Ontology (GO) functional annotation of assembled ESTs identified in the forward SSH libraries. GO annotations were obtained using AutoFACT [26] and GOblet [28] analysis of clusters. Numbers represent the percentage of ESTs with a particular GO annotation relative to the total number of sequences with GO annotation (all belonging to the Biological Process GO category). Light grey: liver. Dark grey: skeletal muscle. Black: head kidney.
