Linear regression was performed with Ct values vs. log₂(ERCC RNA copy number) for each PCR platform across the linear range marked in Figure 1. The mean slope and R² values from three independent qPCR experiments reflect the accuracy and precision of the detection of the 10-fold differences in copy numbers between samples.
