Cytokine only¹ (Category B) indicates that gene expressions are significantly changed by cytokines, but not by HNF4α shRNA. HNF4 shRNA+Cytokines² indicate that gene expressions are significantly changed by both HNF4α shRNA and cytokines, including the additive (Category C) and interactive (Category D) effects.
