Sample 1 is indicated by the upright triangle and sample 2 by the inverted triangle. For adipose, heart, and liver, samples should not be compared across mice or across tissues, as there is no correspondence between sample labels at this level of the experiment. In the kidney, sample 1 is the left kidney and sample 2 is the right kidney. Modules with 25 or fewer genes are not shown.
