  2. Match indicates the absolute and relative frequency of accordance between microarray and Q-PCR analysis for each class of treatments. A match was assigned whether (i) a pairwise comparison showed the same statistically significant (positive or negative) expression trend or (ii) independently on the expression trend, when both analysis outcomes were not statistically significant. The AY566247 gene was not present in the microarray and therefore it was not considered for this analysis.
