Repeat units which differ between the chromosomes are labeled above the alignment with the chromosome on which they are found. The paired bases of the putative stem-loop structure are indicated with a > for 5' side and < for the 3' side of the stem, non-Watson-Crick pairs with a + and bulge bases with a ^.
