Red arrow, fat percentage effect; gold arrow, milk yield effect; green arrow, fat yield effect. A) 1 Mb region with A5D786, CYHR1, VPS28, and DGAT1 genes; A5D786 was second largest gene in the cluster and contained CYHR1 and VPS28. B) 1 Mb region with NIBP, the largest gene in the cluster.
