Blue, red, and black bars indicate whether the probe was called as being in a gain, loss, or normal copy state, respectively. Highlighted in purple is a genic region corresponding to the location of the human homologs of the PSORS1C2, CDSN, and CCHCR1 genes. Note, the heterozygosity of this region in the main text is based on the entire region, and not just the purple highlighted interval.
