Quantitative RT- PCR-analysis. RNA from primary layers and clones was extracted before differentiation induction (day 0) and 14 days after addition of the adipogenic media. Here we tested the discussed adipogenic marker genes IGF 1, AOC3, PPARG, CEBPA, FASN, APOPE, FABP4, LPL, PLIN, ADIPOQ and GHR for up-regulated expression using quantitative RT-PCR-technology.
