Flags represent contrast p-values comparing 4OHT-treated and vehicle-treated samples at specific time points ('*', p ≤ 0.05; '**' p ≤ 0.01). Cells are colour-coded based on a detected fold-change greater than 1.5-fold (red, up-regulated; blue, down-regulated).
