The kinetics of growth of wild type and CDC 684 B. anthracis isolates on LB broth. Growth curves for four strains of Bacillus anthracis: Ames, Ba_A0361 (a B branch isolate), Vollum and CDC 684 were obtained for these isolates growing on LB broth at 37°C. These cultures were grown in duplicate (Ames, BaA0361) or triplicate (Vollum, CDC 684) with growth measured indirectly by OD₆₀₀.
