SNORD87 sequences are given for the following vertebrates: human (Homo sapiens), dog (Canis familiaris), mouse (Mus musculus), rat (Rattus norvegicus), cow (Bos taurus), opossum (Monodelphis domestica), platypus (Ornithorhynchus anatinus), chicken (Gallus gallus), lizard (Anolis carolinensis), frog (Xenopus tropicalis), fugu (Takifugu rubripes), and zebrafish (Danio rerio).
