'Expression' is type of expression behaviour the proteins have i.e. -D03/D06 stands for proteins more abundant in D06 than in D03. In the two cases labelled with 'T0' and 'T-0' transcripts were not regulated, i.e. the transcript fold change was less than 1.2 (see Figure 6 for further details).
