  1. A total of 1089 proteins were identified by LC/MS and 27.9% of these had significantly increased or decreased in abundance following 25°C/72 h. Priorities 1-4 were assigned based on confidence in peptide identification (High and Moderate) and whether or not there are multiple amino acid sequences (Yes or No) identified.
