  1. The hypo++ group was not included in the microarray analysis. The fold-changes represent treated relative to control animals; for RT-qPCR data n = 5 for each group. Fold-changes (FC) and p-values are in bold when p ≤ 0.05. Asterisks (*) denote that the data were taken from female pups due to the absence of significant data from male pups. H01Rik corresponds to 2310003H01Rik. Absence of data for RT-qPCR values were because of undetectable signal due to low expression level.
