For each organism, the yellow bar represents the average phylogenetic Jaccard coefficients from the common enzyme pairs whose inhibiting enzyme and inhibited enzyme are both from all the metabolic enzyme; the red one represents the average phylogenetic Jaccard coefficients from the RLE pairs whose inhibiting enzyme is from all the RLE; the blue one represents the average phylogenetic Jaccard coefficients from the pairs whose inhibiting enzyme and inhibited enzyme are both RLEs.
