The average values are specified. The differences in correlation and stability distributions of “Disease essential” and “Non-disease non-essential” are statistically significant at p = 2.319e-5 and p=6.39e-9, respectively. These differences are also significant for “Essential” compared to “Non-essential”, and “Disease” compared to “Non-disease” at p <0.001. Statistical significance was calculated by the Wilcoxon rank sum test.
