  1. Regions of SYT-SSX2 binding intersecting with regions of H3K27me3 (≥ 1 nucleotide) were annotated to the closest TSS. A total of 3,692 genes were found to be associated with SYT-SSX2/H3K27me3 in this manner. Percent of genes refers to the number of genes with a SYT-SSX2/H3K27me3 overlapping region over 3,692.
