B) Glutamine synthetase (GS) is feedback inhibited (FBI-GS) by glutamine and AMP. In the presence of FBI-GS, GlnR has a higher affinity for the binding site, whereas the activity of TnrA is repressed through a physical interaction with FBI-GS.
