Each edge corresponds to imports from one of the four clades (or external) into one of the four clades, and is labelled by two values separated by a forward slash. The first value is the number of recombination events inferred by ClonalOrigin. The second value is the number of recombination events expected under the ClonalOrigin model. With the exception of the flux from clade E into clade E, all observed values are outside of their expected 99% credibility intervals.
