Phylogenetic analysis of the Group III WRKY transcription factors in Brachypodium. The complete amino acid sequences of the Group III WRKY transcription factors in Brachypodium were used and the evolutionary history was inferred using the Neighbor-Joining method. The bootstrap consensus tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths in the same units as those of the evolutionary distances used to infer the phylogenetic tree. The evolutionary distances were computed using the Poisson correction method and are in the units of the number of amino acid substitutions per site. Phylogenetic analyses were conducted in MEGA4 [37]. The chromosomal locations of the genes are shown and the two tandem repeats of four genes are circled.
