  2. Read counts of top 20 most differentially expressed transcripts under control (C1) and stress conditions (S1). E. grandis gene names are used when the predicted genes are mapped to E. grandis gene coordinates otherwise the predicted gene names are used with a pre-fix ‘CUFF’.
