  1. 1)Genes differentially expressed only at 72 hai were not mapped into one of the two categories ‘FHB-responsive genes’ and ‘Genotype-specific genes’, because of restrictions that originated in low quality of microarrays obtained from mock treated cv. Lynx samples at this timepoint (Table1).
