Plus strand matches are slanted from the bottom left to the upper right corner and are shown in red. Minus strand matches are slanted from the upper left to the lower right and are shown in blue. The number of dots/lines shown in the plot is the same as the number of exact matches found by NUCmer. Numbers indicate nucleotide positions within the respective chromosomes.
