Numbers in parenthesis indicate the total number of protein coding genes in the genomes of each of the three strains. Strains ATCC 25017 and TX07-7308 had 1719 orthologous protein coding genes, strains ATCC 25017 and U112 had 1507 orthologous protein coding genes, whereas strains TX07-7308 and U112 had 1522 orthologous protein coding genes.
