Dendrogram showing relationships among nine Brachyspira strains, representing six of the seven known species. Analysis was based on concatenated DNA sequences of seven MLST loci [37]. The genome sequences of the strains used in the analysis have either been completed or are currently within a genome sequencing project (*).
