Analysis of co-occupancy of LRH-1 ChIP-seq peak with FXR binding sites identified by MACS. (A) Comparison of ChIP-seq analysis for LRH-1 binding in hepatic chromatin with FXR binding peaks. (B) The LRH-1 binding sites for Pemt and Aifm2, mapped onto UCSC genome browser, were inspected for co-occupancy by FXR. Blue and red tags represent sequence reads from opposite DNA strands.
