- Filtered reads is the number of sequence reads after each sequence was trimmed to 70 bp; sequences with less than 80% chance of being error free were discarded from further analysis. Unique sequences is the number of unique RAD tag sequences found in the data from each parent using Perl scripts. Shared loci is the number of unique loci, shared between the two parents; this includes both polymorphic and monomorphic loci. Putative SNPs is the SNP containing loci from the shared loci.
