AP-1 centered network of BaP-regulated genes sets. MetaCore Transcription Regulation algorithm with default settings was used for generation of biological networks. For clarity, only genes with direct connections with AP-1 and marked by the GO Process terms "Response to Stress" and "Response to Chemical Stimulus" are shown.
