Boxplots in each panel show the distributions of (−log₁₀) p-values obtained with PSEA and associated with granular-specific, Purkinje-specific, astrocyte-specific or oligodendrocyte-specific expression levels. Boxplots in a single panel can represent a variable number of p-values since the number of reference signals accounted for in each gene expression model varies from gene to gene.
