  1. The numbers of transcripts significantly up-regulated in berries at a single developmental stage relative to all other samples. Fold changes are calculated compared with a minimum RPKM value of 0.1. Given the similarity in transcript expression patterns between early and late-veraison (E-L 35 and E-L 36), the relative expression of transcripts in both of these stages compared with E-L 31 and E-L 38 are reported in the separated column “veraison”.
