Table 1 shows the comparison of our proposed methods and NLMinter on TREC 2007 Genomics collection. rank_-NWin and rank_-NWin_-Group represent two reranking approaches with Distance(i, j), Rank_-NWin* and rank_-NWin_-Group* denote two reranking approaches with Distance* (i, j).
