The association between each key regulatory module and clinical pathologic characteristics was examined using an R/Bioconductor package GlobalAncova. Yellow diamonds represent clinical characteristics and purple octagons represent regulatory modules. An edge connects a module and a clinical parameter if the p value resulted from the GlobalAncova test is significant (p < 0.05). Module hsa_let_7e_M did not have association with any clinical features, so it is not shown in the figure.
