IH: Inter-homeolog SNP; HE1: Hemi-SNP, variant in Line B; HE2: Hemi-SNP, variant in Line A; S: Simple SNP; AH: Asymmetric Hemi-SNP. CONS1 and CONS2 indicate the consensus sequences from Line A and Line B respectively, REF indicates the reference sequence.
